My approach comes from experience. I spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership, including nearly a decade in the same role before I realized hard work alone was not going to create the career I wanted. Once I learned to be more strategic, I earned four promotions in ten years and led high performing technical teams on enterprise wide initiatives.

All while quietly building a business alongside my career. I wasn't trying to escape corporate. I was building options.
